Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the taxi88 platform via https://taxi88.ws or any associated application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. taxi88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
User Responsibilities
- Do not use the platform for any illegal activity, fraud, or money laundering.
- Do not attempt to hack, attack, or disrupt taxi88's systems or infrastructure.
- Do not use automated software, bots, or scripts to access or exploit the platform.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Comply with all applicable Malaysian laws and regulations when using the platform.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the taxi88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We accept deposits via a range of local payment methods including bank transfer, Boost, and GrabPay. All deposits credited to an account are non-refundable, except under circumstances explicitly stated in our withdrawal policy.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same user's name. taxi88 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding the set limits. This verification process is a standard security measure to protect user accounts.
Taxi88 is not liable for any delays in transaction processing caused by third parties such as banks or payment providers. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to change and will be displayed in the user account section.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
All bonuses and promotions offered by taxi88 are subject to rollover requirements and specific terms stated alongside each offer. Misuse of promotions — including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property

Taxi88 makes no guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, free from errors, or fit for any particular purpose. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, taxi88's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Taxi88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of terms, or conduct that is harmful to the platform or other users. Any valid balance in an account closed due to a terms violation may be forfeited in full, depending on the severity of the breach.

All content on the taxi88 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, software, and brand names — is the exclusive property of taxi88 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content without prior written consent from taxi88.
